The service
Hospitality Energy Support / Hotel Energy Support provide operational energy monitoring, reporting and practical advice based on the utility information you supply for one venue site per subscription. We are not providing a formal ESOS assessment, a guaranteed saving, or regulated financial advice.
One site per subscription
Each paid subscription covers a single hotel or hospitality venue, identified by that site’s postcode. It is not a multi-site or group licence. Additional venues require additional subscriptions.
Your responsibilities
You must supply accurate invoices or meter data and have the right to share them. Decisions you take on the back of our reports remain yours. Any technical works or installs are contracted directly between you and the specialist.
Fees & cancellation
Published package prices exclude VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are month to month unless we agree otherwise in writing. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the following month’s charge (exact process will be confirmed at signup).
Referrals
Where we introduce a specialist and may earn a referral fee, we will disclose that. You are free to use another supplier.
